  Very negative experience. I booked *** back at the end of February '17 to do my makeup and hair for my wedding next May. I have being trying to get a trial since then (now mid October) and haven't been able to. I understand that it has since been peak wedding season and *** has been very busy, but there have been a few correspondences in which I did not find professional at all. Firstly when trying to get a date for a trial that suited us both and gave *** plenty of notice I was told "I have that date free at the minute, but give me a message closer to the time as I usually like to keep it free for weddings". Considering I also had booked my wedding with *** I did not find this competent. Also on another occasion I was told that "Sure another girl can do your trial, and your makeup on your wedding day too" The reason I booked *** was because I liked their work, and wanted them to do my wedding day, I did not want someone else. I have found the whole experience stressful, especially trying to then find someone else. I also did not like the way that *** deleted my review on Facebook straight away.
